基于知识图谱的健康养生智能知识服务系统架构设计

摘要： 人工智能等新技术的应用已经渗透到了各行各业，为了更好地结合最新的智能技术来帮助用户快速准确地查找到自己想要的养生信息，提出了一个基于知识图谱的健康养生知识服务系统架构，通过人机交互、问句解析、FAQ问题匹配、知识库查询和推理、问答结果的评价和推荐、疑难问题转发等环节来实现健康养生领域的知识服务，该架构的设计对于新技术背景下的知识服务体系模式的创新有着极为现实的意义。

Abstract: The application of artificial intelligence, has penetrated all walks of life. In order to better combine the latest technology to help users quickly and accurately find the information they want, a framework of Knowledge Service System in Health Care field based on knowledge graph is proposed, which can be realized through the links of human-computer interaction, question parsing, FAQ problem matching, knowledge base query and reasoning, evaluation and recommendation of question and answer results, and forwarding of difficult questions. The design of this architecture is of great practical significance for the innovation of knowledge service system model under the background of new technology.
