Introduction

During this contest, participants are expected to find the future popular artist and accurately predict the number of playsat each stage based on historical subscription data. Finally, they should be able to find the music popularity trend during a period of time.

Data

(Note: Add “p2_” to the table names shown in the following list in part2, for example: p2_mars_tianchi_user_actions.)

This contest opened the “song-artist” sampling data and provided 6 months’ (20150301-20150830) historical records of subscribers’ actions.

Participants submit their result tables through the Tianchi website at the preliminary contest stage, and make the file name as: mars_tianchi_artist_plays_predict.csv.

Answer format shows below：

At the semi-final stage, participants should produce the result table "mars_tianchi_artist_plays_predict” in their project on our platform directly. The table structure (field name, field type, field order) must keep consistent.

Participants should predict the data for all artists from Sep 1st to Oct 30th (60days).
