I’m trying to figure out the most effective way to farm cursed cannonballs this season. I’ve heard about skelly ships being a source, but I’m sure there must be easier or different methods to gather them. Any tips or tricks would be super helpful!

Besides hunting skeleton ships, keep an eye out for small islands and dive around them. Cannon rowboats generally stock a few cursed cannonballs, and if you manage to defeat skeleton captains, they often drop maps that lead to storage crates filled with them!

Honestly, I think skull forts or camps near cannons can yield some good results, just got lucky at Galleon’s Grave and found a peaceball there! So, exploring those spots might reward you.

If you’re chasing the 5 curse cannon of rage commendation, just run around your starting outpost collecting all the cursed cannonballs you can find, then scuttle and repeat in a new area. Just be careful—you might want to dive instead of scuttling; losing ship inventory is not worth it!

A solid approach is to island hop and take down emergent skeleton captains. They usually drop a storage crate containing 1 to 4 cursed cannonballs. Also, don’t forget to check the cannon rowboats; they consistently have a few cursed balls as well! Overall, it’s a pretty reliable method.
