I did it couple months back.
Have split feelings about it.

First:
- car screen is trash quality, and its impossible to read street names, etc.
- brightness is awful and in daytime, you cant see sxit on the screen other then basic instructions
- night time and night mode looks much better at night, but night mode in daytime is literally totally useless (due to mentioned above low brightness of factory screen)
- making phonecalls through it creates an echo for the caller, so they hear themselves double, while I hear them perfect.
- once in 2 days the whole thing locks up and you have to restart MMI completelly (3 button combo on MMI) , this happens completelly random, so doing this reset while traveling on highway is utterly annoying and dangeroous.
- reverse camera shuts off the second you pop it out of reverse, while stock it will stay on until your car starts moving forward faster then 10miles an hour or so.
This is actually quite annoying

-controls over mmi buttons are terrible, constant spining clicking, etc.

If I knew these things before buying it, I would of went the chinese full screen integration route for few extra $
