I came into Lowe's today looking for a pulley and hand crank. Not one employee offered to help me and when I asked for help, no one even knew what I was talking about. Got sent all over the store by different employees who knew nothing about anything. Wouldn't normally write a review over one bad experience, but Lowe's has always had a problem with service and knowledge of their products in my experience.

Where is the help

Lowes is a great place for home building and gardening center but this Lowes needs to hire a few more people. Most times I go there and I need help I have to search for a customer service person and others are waiting for the same help.
