如何写邮件给导师要推荐信?

Step1: 明确邮件主题

Step2: 使用敬语称呼教授

如: Dear Dr/professor. xxx

Step3: 简短自我介绍

帮助教授记住你是谁, 如: My name is Sienna Brooks. I took your class on molecular biology in my senior year, and you helped me with my project on genome sequencing.

Step4: 说明E - mail发送目的

让他们知道你为什么需要这封信, 如: Since we will be breaking for summer at the end of the semester, I’m applying for an internship position at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and I was hoping you would be willing to write a strong letter of recommendation for me.

Step5: 解释你为什么选择他们
