Friendly and nice manager! This location is always clean and the veggies are always fresh. Employee change their gloves after every little touch and will keep their prep area super clean. I will drive to this location just to avoid, the much closer, Yukon Drive location.

Worst Subway I’ve been to. Were their employees even trained. The toaster wasn’t turned on when I came in at 9:45 am and it took 10 mins for it to heat up. They put buffalo sauce instead of bbq sauce, and overall just made a mess of a sandwich. Never again.

I visit frequently and every time I get the best service, if you visit the place next time try their White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie. Even though every Subway location has this Cookie variety, it tastes very fresh and yummy at this place.

1 Employee taking online orders and helping customers, super slow. Sweet onion tasted like it’s been sitting there for months. I got diarrhea.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. The Broadlands Subway is a disgrace to the Subway brand. The Store manager was unprofessional, rude and totally unqualified to run a store. Its not a rocket science to stack bunch of stuff on a sub, but if they can’t even do that properly with fresh ingredients, they should fire the store manager or go out of business

This is a mixed review. I think the service at this subway has improved from a year ago however it appears that Subway has changed their bread and not for the better. I always get the garlic and parmesan loaf for my BMT and the new bread is not anything as good as the old bread.

Not sure why, but 75% of the time we visit this location there is only one person working. Today, it took 15 mins to get our order in. And there were only 4 others in line. It’s very typical of this place. Also, there seem to be unsupervised kids that run around the place (4 – 7 year olds) that belong to the owner. It’s just not a subway worth going to. The one by Home Depot is much faster / better.
