中医药防治儿童哮喘的研究述评

摘要:

哮喘是一种全球性儿童常见慢性呼吸道疾病，近年来，中医药在哮喘防治领域取得诸多研究成果。本文系统梳理了儿童哮喘的病因病机及中医药防治哮喘的标准化建设、临床研究、基础研究以及转化应用领域的核心进展，基于中医药防治儿童哮喘的现状、挑战，提出未来发展策略，以期为中医药防治儿童哮喘的后续深入探索提供参考与方向。

Abstract:

Asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease in children worldwide, and research on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in its prevention and treatment has achieved remarkable results in recent years. This paper systematically summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of pediatric asthma, as well as the core progress in TCM standardization construction, clinical research, basic research, and translational application in this field. Based on the current status and challenges of TCM in the prevention and treatment of pediatric asthma, future development strategies are proposed to provide reference and direction for further in-depth exploration of TCM in the prevention and treatment of pediatric asthma.
