I understand you are having problem add aol mail to New Outlook, I know how anxious you are at the moment.

Add your aol.com email to Outlook, you'll need an aol Mail password. You can refer to this article from aol https://help.aol.com/articles/how-do-i-use-other-email-applications-to-send-and-receive-my-aol-mail.

You may follow steps below:

Enter the aol password and click Show more.

Please check that the following configurations are correct:

IMAP Incoming server: imap.aol.com; Port: 993; Secure connection type: SSL / TLS

Outgoing server: smtp.aol.com; Port: 465; Secure connection type: SSL / TLS

If it requires a SMTP password, you may follow the guide provided by aol to generate it. Select Continue. Do you successfully set up your account?

If you're still having trouble connecting your AOL email account to Outlook, you can click Select provider and try using the POP protocol instead.
