In my Outlook, it only displays emails newer than 1 month

I need to check all the emails older than 1 month, so how can I change the setting so that I can see all of my emails?

Please follow the steps below

Open Outlook. Go to File tab. Choose Account Settings. In the Account Settings, double click on your account. In Offline Settings, check the box Use Cached… And select the period you want to download the emails for by dragging the slider.

Thank you for a quick reply.

As you see the picture that I have attached, it doesn't allow me to drag the slider.

Also, I can't tick or untick the box of 'Use Cached Exchange Mode to download email to an Outlook data file' as well.

Is there any way that I can drag the slider?

Hi Ji,

Please follow the below steps:

In the Offline Settings, select More Settings. Got to Advanced tab. Make sure the boxes are checked for the downloads.

Thank you for the reply.

I followed the instructions and checked the boxes for the downloads.

However, even though I closed and re-load Outlook afterward, it doesn't allow me to drag the slider.
