每周二下午固定1节公益公开课，妈咪营养公益课堂，传播更多健康养生，易懂易学的成长课堂，将会给每位妈咪实现自我成长。

公益课堂主旨:让每个家庭都有一个懂健康的人，让每个家庭都有一个智慧快乐的妈妈。

公益课堂流程:
1:00-1:30       快乐妈咪们签到
1:30-1:40      上节课知识点回顾
1:40-14:20    本节课营养知识授课（40min）
14:20-14:30  课间休息交流10分钟
14:30-15:00  快乐妈咪分享本周【趣】生活故事
15:00-15:30  各自完成老师布置的作业

公益课堂要求:
①每位学员以“名字 妈咪”称呼，在这里大家也是大朋友与同班同学。
②每节课最后老师会留有半小时的时间，让每个妈咪完成老师课堂布置的作业单。如果不愿意学习与配合完成授课作业的妈咪，请勿报名！谢谢！
